New Call Station for Ingredients 

Client's Requirements:

A new automated call station, which would distribute the correct amount of ingredients for each specific baking batch. 

The client also requested the new system be tied into their already existing flour and water lines. 

Our Solution:

Install a HMI system where the operator is able to select a variety of ingredients and amounts depending on the desired product. 

Final Design:

 

As per the clients wishes, we utilised the existing water and flour lines, which would be fed into the new system. 

As the previous system relied on manual mixing by several operators, our new system ensured accurate mixing and conformity which kept their triple A hygiene rating.
