Client's Requirements

Replace the existing pallet wrapping manual process. The customer also wanted the additional modification to feed from two existing lines within the factory.

Our Solution

We proposed the installation of a new pallet wrapping system and a new fully automated infeed system, in-place of their old factory system. 

This included a pickup and spin system, and programming of the pallet wrapper to track infeed, specifically pallet position and react accordingly to the pallets orientation.

Final Design

This was a pinnacle project for Kerry's site, to continue their path towards a fully automated future, and the installation of our machines increased overall output by around a 400%.

The new pallet wrapping system was also much safer and efficient that the previous system.
